• For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or other fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. Hello Oregano is not responsible for delays or additional charges imposed by customs.

• We offer duty-free shipping to the US

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on your location, carrier, and the weight/size of your order.

• From time to time, we may offer free or discounted shipping promotions.

Estimated Delivery Times as Mentioned During Checkout:

Please be patient with us 🫶. We’re only a small family business located in Canada, and each item is made to order.

• 🇨🇦 Canada: ~2–4 weeks
• 🇺🇸 United States: ~3–4 weeks (customs may cause delays)
• 🌍 International: ~4–8 weeks (customs may cause delays)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary based on peak seasons, sales, product launches, carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or events outside of our control.

Order Tracking

• Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available for your shipping method).

Lost or Delayed Packages

• Once a package leaves our studio and is handed to the carrier, Hello Oregano is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments.

• If you experience an issue with your delivery, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number. We will assist where possible.

Incorrect Address

• Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. We cannot reroute packages once they are in transit. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping fees will apply.
